I signed up to Chris’ 8 week challenge as I was feeling overweight, unhappy and unmotivated during lockdown. Straight away Chris was really supportive and encouraging via check in’s and fitness camps. Once I started monitoring my calories it became clear how uneducated I was about food and my relationship with food. Chris invited me to a whatsapp group with other clients which was really useful for recipe ideas and motivation. I’m really happy with the loss I have made, my level of fitness improving and a better well being. I would recommend anyone to starting an 8 week challenge. So much so, I will be signing up to another! Thanks Chris!

I recently signed up to one of the 8 week plans. I was a bit sceptical to begin with as I’ve never been a fan of working out with other people or gyms. It didn’t take me long to feel welcome, and it was great that at no point did I feel like I stood out as being really unfit. The support that Chris provided me throughout the whole plan and having a WhatsApp group with all the other people who were on the plan really helped me to achieve what I have. Here’s to another 8 weeks on the plan!

I currently go to both the Wednesday and Saturday bootcamps. The time goes so fast and it is a great work out. In the beginning I couldn't do one press up now I can do 10. It doesn't sound like much but that is an achievement for me. I am also doing the 8 week body transformation and lifestyle course and I am really enjoying it. Boot camps are paid for and the food is good as well. I don't feel like I am on a diet I'm just choosing healthier options. Chris is really good at motivating and making you fell like you can achieve your goals even when you don't. highly recommended him.

Great guy and cares for his clients and really approachable, the 4 day gym program has made me start enjoying and looking forward to going to the gym, no more standing around thinking what’s next to do. Thanks mate

Chris is a top bloke and as the new club captain at Bristol harlequins I feel he’s giving us the extra edge and push we need to be in great form for the up coming season.

Chris has been taking our rugby club for summer/ pre season boot camp and we are all loving it and genuinely excited about going to pre season training. As an ex royal marine commando i received some of the best training in the world from PTI's and i would say Chris is in the same league. since leaving and putting on some dad timber he has made me fall back in love with training and get that buzz back that we all look for. Every session is different and interesting and i love how he deals with different people to get the most out of them and we all want to put 100% effort in for him.

What a nice bloke Chris is!! Forget the PTs that shout at you constantly, what Chris does is make you believe you can achieve what ever you want out of training!!! And he’s a dish to look at

I've been training with Chris for many years and although stayed fit never really got in great shape. This is mostly to my diet and drinking alcohol on the weekend.So in the last 6 weeks I decided to make a change and follow his program of training and dieting. Was a bit skeptical at 1st but when the weight started dropping off losing 3 pounds a week it then drove me too continue and realising it doesn't matter how hard you train. .diet is key!I've gone from 12st 9 to 11st 3 and my work clothes are hanging off me.Would definitely recommend anybody to try his training programmes and diet,it is tough to stick too, I'm not gonna lie but when you start seeing results it drives you on,I'm getting more and more happy with my body as the weeks go on!!

Very approachable and will work with you to achieve your goals. Takes time out of his day to message you back if you have any questions which is superb and can’t fault any of the diet plans or fitness plans he has in place. Definitely worth his weight in gold
