Why is it that we want to lose weight?
More often than not the answer to this question is that the person in question wants to feel better about themselves.
However I would almost guarantee that at some point they will also be wanting to give their partner a "sexier body" to get close to.
Now this is where resistance training really starts to fill in these holes.
First of all, resistance training accompanied with a good diet will make your transformation really something. But that isn't all it does.
It has been scientifically proven that there is an increased level of testosterone within men when resistance training is added into their lifestyle.
Now this doesn't just affect men.
Studies also showed that within women who also conduct a higher level of resistance training that the levels of the "youth-promoting" growth hormone (GH) also increased.
It was found that women with lower GH levels were found to have lower energy levels.
Everyone wants to feel and look sexier... so surely you must be sold now?
