Lack of training will get you nowhere

I'm sat here going through my lv3 Sports Fitness Diploma and I came across this great saying.

"Physical trains doesn't guarantee success, but the lack of training almost certainly promises failure."

For anyone who enjoys playing sports this is for you. Especially in these times, we never know when the seasons will officially be back. Does that mean we shouldn't already be preparing for it.

Those who are at the top of their game will not be sitting down while their opponents are out there improving.

Now is the time to is the time to step it up a gear and become a better version of what you were last season.

Your coaches should be there pushing you on to improve yourself as a person and as a team. So, get up, get involved and look forward to what the success of this pre season will bring you.
